Her book is a wonderful example showing how God can work in our lives if we relinquish our control. The book is written with great sincerity and honesty and it allows the reader to very easily relate to the disappointments, failures, fears and triumphs of the author. I met Cheryl several years ago which, alone, was a God-ordained event, but then I received a surprise announcement and invitation from her (years later!) to come to her church for an evening of ladies fellowship (eating and having such a good time!!) and finishing with hearing her speak that evening. Her unique, gifted, way of telling her story made me realize that night that it was, truly, a "divine appointment" for me, personally, and I'm sure for every other woman who was present that night, too, for soooo many reasons!! I went just to see HER again, but God blessed me with so much more!!
